Our Mission
Women and girls throughout the world face obstacles, discrimination, poverty, and violence simply because they are female. In many societies, being born female limits opportunities and presents insurmountable challenges. For many women and girls, sex discrimination is compounded by other forms of discrimination related to race, ethnicity, income level, age, migrant status, and other conditions.
Partners for Women's Equality provides leadership development, organizational support and a nourishing network of colleagues to equip girls and women worldwide in their journey toward fairness and equality.

Our Vision
Women and girls will have equal rights, power, and respect as valued members of the human family across all cultures and nationalities.

What We Do
We empower women marginalized by society by providing opportunities for education, personal development, and economic security, and by eliminating the obstacles created by violence against women and girls. Our programs are varied in form, but all strive to bring about opportunities for women and girls that currently face many obstacles. Our methodology is to partner with grassroots’ organizations and women who are working to improve conditions for women and girls in their communities. We strive to empower those organizations and women through education, skill building, and organizational and leadership development.
